PROPOSAL SUMMARY
If executed, this proposal will take the following actions:
- Approve the supply of GRO and USDC into the Balancer Liquidity Bootstrapping Pool being used for the Gro DAO Token launch (the LBP).
- Supply GRO and USDC into the LBP in line with the parameters from Vote 1b.
- Set up the pool as an LBP in line with the parameters from Vote 1b.
- Initialise the LBP at around 1600 UTC on Tuesday 28 September 2021.

This is a proposal to execute on-chain the steps needed to enact the outcome of the DAO vote in Vote 1b, subject to the outcome of that vote being to approve the proposal.
